Author's Information
Papers must be written in English and should describe original work in details. Please download the template below and submit the full papers online through Microsoft CMT*:
Proposal for workshop or tutorials can be submitted online at the same web address. Upon acceptance, authors are required to register and present their papers at the symposium.
Accepted papers are limited to six (6) pages in the conference proceedings at no extra charge. Microsoft CMT will not permit longer papers to be uploaded.
PREPARING PAPERS :
When preparing your manuscript, please abide by the following requests:
Do not add page numbers or headers/footers
Do not alter the margins of our templates
Paper size is 8.5 x 11
The paper must include the author name and full affiliation address including country
Use clear, legible graphics and diagrams contained with the margins
Do not use copyrighted material without permission and proper crediting
All pages are to be in portrait
References are prepared using our sample reference guidelines (available in the template package). References can only be linked if they are complete

COPYRIGHT RELEASE FORM :
The editor of the conference is required to secure a copyright release for each paper signed by at least one author for each paper.

PAPER SUBMISSION STEPS :
For the paper submission, authors are required to have the Microsoft CMT account.
If you are new user, please click the create an account to register as a user.
Once you have logged in, please select MARS2025 from the conference list for your paper submission.
During the submission, please choose the most relevant field as follows:
Motion control
Automation & Additive manufacturing
Vision & fault diagnosis
Process Control
Emerging technologies
Robotics
PUBLIC INFORMATION :
Accepted papers will be published in MACE Technical Journal. Extended papers will be submitted to Scopus-indexed journals (Additional RM500 for extended papers).
PRESENTATIONS : ORAL PRESENTATION
Speakers are allocated 10 minutes each comprising: 8 minutes presentation and 2 minutes for questions.
Either Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe PDF presentation formats will be accepted and should be provided to the session chair at the start of the session. If presenting a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation, please consider either using common Microsoft fonts or embedding other fonts into presentation to ensure replicability.
*The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
