MTJ aims to provide an international platform for publication of latest work describing theoretical and practical aspects of the area listed above. MTJ is published quarterly a year in March, June, September and December. 

Papers submitted to MTJ can be form of:

• • regular paper (double column, 6 pages long)

  • short communication (double column, 10 pages long)

  • review paper (double column, 10 pages long)

There will be NO processing charges for publication in MTJ. Upon submission, the editorial decision together with peer-review comments will normally be sent to authors(s) not exceeding 4 weeks.
